- There is a strict 5 minute cutoff time (insurance policy) for entry after the start time of each class. Athletes will not be permitted after cutoff time (unless there is an extra instructor available to go through a proper/thorough warm up & stretch).
- Comfortable athletic apparel and sneakers (cross-fit training or cheer shoes) must be worn.
Class Availability and Registration
All Star Team Member Rates are as follows (discount will be applied at the time of purchase):
4 Pass – $50.00 // 8 Pass – $85.00 // 12 Pass – $110.00
2nd Grade & Under Tumble Class: This class is designed for athletes approximately ages 5-8. Athletes will learn to develop basic/beginner tumbling skills such as: Handstands, bridges, forward rolls, backward rolls, back bends, cartwheels, round-offs, front walkovers, back walkovers & proper body positions.
Basic Tumble Class: Athletes will learn & develop basic/beginner tumbling skills such as: Handstands, bridges, forward rolls, backward rolls, back bends, cartwheels, round-offs, front walkovers, back walkovers & proper body positions.
Handsprings Class: Athletes will learn & develop a standing back-handspring, round-off back-handspring, jumps to back-handspring & back walkover back-handspring.
REQUIRED SKILLS – A strong foundation of the Basic Tumble Skills listed above.
Series (multiple handsprings): Designed to further develop handspring skills into a series. Athletes will work on mastering standing series back-handsprings, round-off series back-handsprings and begin working on sets for tucks.
REQUIRED SKILLS – Athlete must be able to perform strong handspring skills listed above.
Tucks: Athletes will learn & develop standing back tucks and back tucks from standing series tumbling and running tumbling.
REQUIRED SKILLS – Athlete must be able to perform strong series skills listed above.
Layouts: Athletes will begin to develop more advanced tumbling skills; a running layout, standing series to layout and combo passes to include a layout.
REQUIRED SKILLS – Athlete must be able to perform strong tuck skills listed above.
Twists: Athletes will further develop advanced tumbling skills. Athletes will begin with single twisting skills for both standing & running tumbling. Arabians, double fulls and elite combo passes will also be taught based on proper progressions.
REQUIRED SKILLS – Athlete must be able to perform strong layout skills listed above.
